Stat Checks

Instead of having a long list of skills like other systems, stat checks will replace these. The stats consist of the same six that table top players are used to: Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma. Most of the time these stat checks are used based on DM discretion. However, a few more common explanations are shown below:

Roll 1d6 for each Stat

Strength: Physical Power - Lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, jumping, climbing, swimming.

Dexterity: Agility and Precise Movement - Balance, stealth, sleight of hand, flips, lock picking, trap disabling, Initiative.

Constitution: Endurance - Fortitude, Ability to stabilize, holding breath, continuing without sleep/food/water.

Intelligence: Knowledge - Recalling information on computers, technology, language, mathematics, history, and literature.

Wisdom: Intuition and Instinct - Sense motive, perception, insight, survival, "gut feeling."

Charisma: Interaction Ability - Confidence, intimidation, deception, performance, persuasion.

Character Physicality Trait

Every character will have a background. This background is pretty much character class. For each character physicality trait, players will take dice from their background and roll to create the numbers below. Re-roll all ones ONCE in roll20.

All character physicality traits are based off of constitution stat.

________________________________

Health: We all know what HP is. No explanation needed.

  • Health Dice + Constitution

Stamina: Stamina is how long your character can continue the harsh movement that occurs during combat. For every round of combat, subtract 1 stamina. Stamina returns after a short rest, usually 5-10 in-game minutes. When a character runs out of stamina, they are considered fatigued. If a character continues combat for a number of rounds equal to their constitution, they will become exhausted.

  • Stamina Dice + Constitution

Hunger: A character's hunger goes down, by 1 per round of combat and by 5 per in-game hour that passes.

  • Constitution x 10

Thirst: A character's hunger goes down, by 1 per round of combat and by 5 per in-game hour that passes.

  • Constitution x 8

Combat Attacks and Defenses

Combat will be handled with d20s.

Melee Attack: Attack+Str

Melee Damage: Weapon+Str

Ranged Attack: Attack+Dex

Ranged Damage: Weapon +Dex

Defenses: These are our ACs. We know what this is! There are two: Guarded and Exposed.
  • Guarded Defense: 10+Dex+Armor
  • Exposed Defense: 10+Armor
